Wristband delivery and returns terms and conditions
We use Australia Post to deliver to you, with proof of delivery and real-time tracking information. Australia Post provides delivery guidance on its website, however delivery dates are not guaranteed for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to your post code. We usually dispatch in 3-5 business days however, some orders may take up to 10 business days for dispatch.
All deliveries are governed by Australia Post's terms and conditions.
We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your online order is placed.
Signing for delivery
Either you or your representative must receive the merchandise.
Please make a note of any visible defects of packaging, damaged items, or missing merchandise.
What am I responsible for upon delivery?
Ensure there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect orders.
If there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery via email
For any other problem with your order, please see returns.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 20 business days with your school/organisation name, order details and reason for return.
Credits adjustments will be issued to reverse invoices. If payment has been made, refunds will be in the same method the original payment was made. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24hrs from the time the order was placed, as we begin processing immediately to ensure we ship promptly. Email
Upon ordering goods, you are agreeing to the Queensland Department of Education and Training (DET) invoicing your school or organisation. Invoices will be posted after your materials are dispatched. Queensland schools will not be charged GST as they are a part of the DET GST Group.
