Get organised and start the conversation

The National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence (NDA) is an important day to mark Australian school communities standing together against bullying and violence. Get your school set for Friday 20 March 2020.

In 2020, NDA school communities will be asked to share their commitment to say Bullying. No Way! and put their anti-bullying programs in the spotlight. Start thinking about ways to involve students and your communities.

Early planning is the key to a successful NDA in your school, so organise your NDA events now. The Bullying. No Way! website equips schools with a range of promotional materials, activity ideas and resources to help ensure a fantastic day of positive action.

Share the Bullying. No Way! website with parents and carers so they can read about what bullying is and what sorts of strategies work to deal with it.

To get the whole school community talking we offer lots of ideas to help you run school events, class activities and lesson plans.

Share your Bullying. No Way! activities

We want to highlight the wonderful work happening in schools across the nation – even before your NDA!

Start capturing the great moments leading up to the NDA and share them with us and the community. Build your own school messages about the importance of working together to say Bullying. No Way!

To send us your photos – simply upload images via the Bullying. No Way! photo gallery. We can share the wonderful work happening at your school.

Follow the National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence Facebook page and share important messages to drive anticipation for your NDA events.

We'd love to hear from your school if you have a great story to inspire others!  Email us at bnw.website@qed.qld.gov.au.
